About Me
My name is Drew Carpenter and I’m a real estate agent with the Sherif & Ali Group @ Compass in Arlington, Virginia. Originally from upstate New York, I moved south in 2008 to attend Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). After graduating, I relocated to the Washington, D.C. area and quickly fell in love with all it had to offer. So much so, that I bought a home of my own (plus investment properties) and have put down roots with my wife in Arlington. To this day, I still get excited driving across the Memorial Bridge, as the monuments come into view. From the world-class museums to the vibrant food scene, the District has it all. One of the many reasons I love real estate is that it allows me to share this wonderful region with others on a daily basis. I have been an agent for a little more than seven years and during that time, I have transacted 100+ deals & sold over $100M in real estate. While stats matter, what I take even greater pride in is the relationships I’ve developed along the way. It’s made the DC-area an easy place to call home. When I’m not working, you can find me running around the Fairlington neighborhood with my Australian Shepherd, Wilson, or playing golf whenever & wherever I can.
